I have some serious concerns and questions in regards to who runs our HOA and what they do with our money they collect every year.
My parents live in a neighboorhood with a park that is kept up well, better communicated garage sales. And they pay less than $125 to the HOA of there neighborhood. They are in the range of $50 a year.
Does anyone have contact info for someone who works with the association or does anyone know if there is access to a detailed report of the expenses this HOA using the money we give them for?
I am curious as well if anyone has refused to pay the outrageous fee of $125 a year and if any sort of punishment came from not paying?
