Following the County of Mecklenburg’s Revised Joint Proclamation (the “Order”) issuing that as of 8:00 a.m. on March 26, 2020, all non-Essential Businesses and Operations should temporarily cease operations and that all restaurants and other facilities that prepare and serve food cease on-premises consumption, we expect all Carolina Place tenants to comply.  The Mall’s interior common areas will cease operations, but we anticipate that food-use tenants may continue to operate for pick-up and delivery service, and public access to Essential Businesses and Operations will be permitted.  The Mall Walker Program is suspended until further notice.

The Proclamation defines Essential Businesses and is linked here:  https://www.mecknc.gov/news/Documents/Mecklenburg%20County%20Stay%20at%20Home%20Orders.pdf.
