Is anyone aware if the board gets a salary for there positions ?
If so, is it in line with the current employement salaries of this nature ?
Is the HOA Manager getting a fair salary ?
Are there too many employees on the Sable Coves payroll ?
Are products being bought by a third party for maintence of the facility ? Not by someone that can benefit by their own associating with a local business ?
Does the law state that a current 30 day or 60 day HOA meeting minuets be posted on the website for everyone to see ?
Things that I hope are being monitored by the staff and owners of Sable Cove.
