Please be extra careful when disposing of your cigarettes/ashes. We have had two careless smokers in January who caused some fire scares. Please make sure you use ashtrays - away from possible wind drafts.

Keep in mind that who person causes damage - even accidentally - is financially responsible for damage - which may be in the thousands $ !
