Loma Linda Homeowners Association

At our most recent Loma Linda HOA Meeting, a new Rental Rule was approved by the quorum of Honeowners present. This new rental rule (please see the posted "Third Amendment" and "CIS" ) requires all Owners and Renters to provide a current copy of their Rental Agreement to the Board. 

The purpose of this Rental Rule is to address the property condition & maintenance issues and requirements as per the Loma Linda Rules and Regulations to the proper responsible party.

This Rule also provides methods to address violations to this rule and other regulations such and fines, injunctive relief, and recovery of fees.

CORRECTION: The document referred to as "The Third Amendment" was incorrectly titled. The correct title for the document is "Board of Directors Resolution". My apologies for the error.

I am a property manager and need to know how I access these rules so i can pass it along to my tenant.
