I have been trying to talk parents on Rader Ct for over a year about the children playing in the development.  There are over 15 children from other neighborhood coming over to Rader Ct. daily.  I have picked up from these children over the year trash condoms drinks clothing food broken branches from the trees food from their house. I have now have a child bouncing a basketball outside my house at 9pm.. I had one child tell me when I asked why they don't play in their yard, she replied My Mom and Dad don't want me to play in our yard.  We have a very nice Tot lot with tons of space across the street our neighborhood is looking like a run down trailer park and something needs to be done.  I can assure that venting on this platform won't solve anything but someone needs to know.
