Hello,

I've been living here for about 3 years and have not needed the rules and bylaws of the HOA until now. Now I'd like to complete some projects in my backyard, some of which include the fence, and I'd like to see what is and is not allowed per the HOA. After spending way longer than should be required searching for the Windrift HOA of Gilbert AZ rules and/or bylaws I've given up. I did find this website though (which does not seem to have them either?), so I'm posting this question.

Does anyone know where to find the Windrift rules and/or bylaws?
