In addition to current Franklin County Ordinances regarding Nuisance and Health Violations.  All Owners at Prices Cove are bound as follows by Deed Restrictions:

1) Business Operation Prohibited

2) Rubbish & Debris Are To Be Disposed off by Each Lot Owner & Not Allowed To Accumulate on Any Lot or Street

3) All Homes or Mobile Homes Shall be on a Solid Enclosed Foundation.   Outbuilding May Be On Concrete Slab without Enclosed Foundation.

( Franklin County Ordinance does not all residential living in  Campers in residential Home Lots.)

4) Should Any Lot Owners, Their Heirs or Assigns Violate Any of the Covenents Herein, It Shall be Lawful For Any Other Person Owning A Lot in Said Development To Prosecute Any Proceedings At Law Or In Equity Against The Person Violating Same.
