I have made a pack with myself.  I made up my mind I will not take any more poor service, bad products, indifference, nor incompetence from anyone I am paying or who is being paid to serve.  I purchased candy from the Walgreens, Homestead at Tidwell.  It was old, and had worms in it.  I trashed the bag.  I kept the second bag.  I stayed furious and finally after several months I mailed the bag to Walgreens.   I know this is the right stand to take.  Is anyone else experiencing the same, and if so, what is your solution? 

I had a different type situation happen at Fiesta on Tidwell/Mesa.  I voiced my complaint first at an employee at the scene, then to a manager, without any action taken...making me feel the incident was my fault and any resolution was impossible.  I then contacted the corportate office and filed a formal complaint.  To my satisfaction, the problem was resolved.  So, my suggeston to you would have been to follow the chain of command and if that didn't help, notify the corporate office and the health department.
