Welcome to Park DuValle, a national award-winning mixed-use community anchored by homes, retail and apartments on the site of two former public housing projects.
Park DuValle began with a HUD Hope VI grant in the late 20th century and is entering its second decade with more than 2,000 residents in 500 homes and 1000 apartments. The balance of homeownership and apartments stabilizes our community--one of the most desirable in the city.
We are minutes away from downtown and shopping. A brand new grocery store on Wilson Avenue will open in June, 2012.
