Overland Park

there are two abandoned houses by me on south galapago. I haven't seen the lady that owns both of them in  mabie 6 months or so. they both look like crap rotting there. is there anything anybody could do to make somone sell them or something.

Those homes are cycling through the foreclosure process which unfortunately takes almost a year.  They'll be on the market within a few more months when the lender retakes ownership.

i'm positive the old lady owns them both free an clear I hahe takled to her before she told me she grew up in one of them they are  just sitting there vacant and piled up with stagnant garbage to the celing. it's a shame too because one of them is a fairly desent  historic  home that backs to  a park.

What are the addresses, I'll look them up on the foreclosure database.

You'd be amazed how many times old folks with free and clear homes have mortgaged them.
