how coud we get a walkover bridge to the lightrail over the rail road tracks?
has anyone here tried to walk over the evans bridge it sucks people are crazy drivers through there.

This has been on OPNA's wish list for 15 years. The Evans station area plan is recommending two bridges, one at Jewell, and one at Iliff. City sources say the Jewell bridge is cheaper to build and therefore will probably come first.
No one is promising yet when that might be.

I also noticed that the south sidewalk on the bridge is often covered in ice long after the rest of the snow and ice have melted in the area. Call 3-1-1 whenever you see this and ask that the city take care of it. It's a hazard!
