Someone in section 3 or 1 is playing his or her stereo with way to much bass. I can hear and feel it over the TV and the air conditioner. Please show some consideration for your neighbors and turn the bass and the music down, especially after 11 p.m. Some of us have to get up early for work in the morning. Multi-family dwellings are big echo chambers, especially for the low end bass frequencies.

When I've had problems of this nature here, I've walked around, made note of the unit the loud noise was coming from, and informed the front office. Our community manager will handle it from there.
People here need to realize this is not a single home on a piece of land with a yard and such and space between homes. We are all back to back next to someone else, and noise REALLY echoes here. We have the same problem with screaming children at the pools...TERRIBLE echoes for everyone who lives in a courtyard that faces a pool. I can't tell you how many times we've had to politely ask people (yelled at them so they could hear us), to stop screaming.

I do the walk around when someone's stereo is loud. When I do find the unit, management is notified and the problem disappears. But a couple of times, I could not find which unit had the loud stereo and I covered every floor and section. (Maybe it was coming from the Wimbletons behind us.)
I can sympathize with you about screaming kids at the pool, as my condo faces the pool as well. I'm on the 3rd floor, so maybe that helps. I've heard it before 9 in the morning. It was someone with about 5 kids. They need to realize that some people like to sleep in on weekends. Thanks for your response.
