2 nights ago I got up to let the dog out and noticed this very loud hum coming from around Seacroft Road direction. I am on Londonderry.    Last night around 1 am I got up for the same reason.   The same very distinctive hum was going again.  I went to my front door and the sound was less noticeable.   I checked my side windows to see if it was a heating and air unit at either neighbor, but nothing coming from either house.

I was out walking my dogs this am and a neighbor on Seacroft down in the next  block from me said she had also heard the same loud hum and didn't know where it was coming from.  She also noted she has hearing aids and it was even odder that she was hearing it.

Not sure if it is the power lines or a transformer, but the sound is quiet loud.

Anyone else noticed it?
