HOA Board Support: How to Work with a Property Management Company - Thursday, January 28 | 6:00 p.m.

Many homeowners associations require boards to enlist the services of a property management company to help manage the business of the HOA. The health of your organization is greatly impacted by how well the Board and the property management company co-exist.

In this training, we will focus on how to establish and maintain a good relationship with a property management company. We’ll discuss what to consider before selecting a property management company. We’ll explore the roles and responsibilities of a property management company vs. the board. We’ll learn how to review a property management contract and how to evaluate the performance of your property management company. Lastly, we’ll discuss how to appropriately end a relationship with a property management company.

There will be a Q+A opportunity following the presentation. We hope you’ll join us for this insightful conversation!

This training will take place via Zoom. All registrants will receive login information via email prior to the training. To register, click here
