Hi, I'm in Ada county Boise, ID. My neighbors dogs are too much to take. They are seriously loud and bark at everything from before 7 am to 5:15pm non stop. Then spread throughout night till aprox 10:30-11pm. I know my other neighbors already went to talk to them but either they weren't home or just didnt answer. They tried a couple times before finally writing a note. They were giving them the benefit of the doubt in thinking maybe the owners weren't aware how bad it was when they were gone. It worked, for about a week. The barking started again. So I asked them if they ever wrote the note or spoke w them. They said they had but were going to try again. I guess between the 2 of them, they went over 3 times in the next 2 days w no luck. So again they wrote a note, this time they got them a thank you card( which I thought was too nice. I've lived here longer, dogs have always been obnoxious ) thanking them for having kept them in, excluding the recent couple days, AND even got these people a small gift card to pet store ! The owners kept dogs in for 2 days. That was several days ago, dogs been out everyday ever since! The owners usually let their dogs roam free while they're in front yard. They usually hang there, but I can tell they've been avoiding our other neighbors. If they hear them come out, or see them, they whisper and bolt inside. I called animal control to report them anonymously. At first I didn't want to because I didnt want the owners to think my complaint was from our other, note writing, neighbors. It was so bad all week I finally just called. They told me they would not let me report it anonymously and they said the police wouldn't either and they'd make me sign a complaint! There has to be something I can do that I don't have to sign! Please help if you have accurate info on this. Thank you SOO much! Ps sorry if mistyped a bit.
