Marston Slopes is a Covenant controlled community in Lakewood Colorado established in 1979.  The neighborhood is fully built out and contains 98 single family homes.  Homes are both two story and ranch and come in a variety of architectural styles.

The neighborhood consists of diverse households from young families to empty nesters, with well-maintained homes, The height of the neighborhood also provides excellent views of both downtown and the foothills which are only minutes away because of easy access to highway 285 and Wadsworth Blvd. Nearby green spaces such as Foothills Golf Course and Bear Creek path ensure a lively amount of wildlife.

Amenities consist of beautifully landscaped parkway entrance from Wadsworth and other common areas, a neighborhood park and an eight-foot masonry sound fence bordering both Wadsworth Blvd and Quincy Ave.

The homeowner’s association is managed by a board of 7 volunteer homeowners.  HOA dues cover common area maintenance costs such as landscaping, snow removal, trash collection and seasonal community events.
