About our association

Lowell Trace Civic Association Information

Our civic association is comprised of residents who are voted into positions of President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer. A Social Committee Chair Person is included to assist with social functions.

Our goal is to provide an attractive front entrance and common areas along with providing a sense of friendship, community and service for our residents.

Lowell Trace includes the following streets in Dublin, 43016: Roundwood Ct., Newgrange Dr., Phoenix Park Dr., Oisin Ct., and Twonotch Ct.

All homes in Lowell Trace are required by deed to pay an annual dues fee of $45. The past two years we have collected dues on May 15. Please make checks payable to Lowell Trace Civic Association and send/deliver to your treasurer listed above.
