My home is an end of group. My neighbor moved in less than 2 yrs is a chain smoker. So, I notice earlier that cigarette buds were in my yard, driveway, and side of the house. Therefore, I asked him nicely to get a can to put them in, he did not, but I saw less. I am tired of cleaning up cigarette buds, when i rake leaves, or it rains, when the wind blows, and when it snows, like today. I have been very patience with this neighbor who is home All day every day and has security cameras to see and protect his property, while disrepecting my home. Are there any suggestion?
