2020 Atrium Health  Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday Parade

Registration for participants in the 2020 Atrium Health  Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. parade is open. Submit your parade registration here. Registration deadline is Friday, December 20, 2019. There will be no late entries accepted and all entries are non-refundable.


The 2020 Atrium Health Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday Parade will be held Saturday, January 18, 2020.

Before you begin registering, please take a moment to review some important information about this year's registration process and the fee schedule provided below.

  • Each MLK Holiday Parade application and participating organization will have one contact person ONLY
  • Vehicles used to pick-up MLK Holiday Parade participants WILL NOT BE ALLOWED in
    the parade procession if not registered. Vehicles that are used to provide music for step/dance teams and
    buses must also be registered,
  • Any registered group/band/organization or vehicle not lined up in their assigned area will be placed in the back of the
    parade procession.
  • ALL deadlines will be firm and without exceptions, this includes Elected Officials and Official Sponsors.

STEP ONE:

 


Everyone must register as an Official Sponsor/Media Partner, non-profit or for profit entry. This fee includes all walking participants in your entry.

Non-Profit Organization
One fee per organization. Includes all walking participants.

STEP TWO:
In addition to the above fee, if your parade entry includes one or more of the following vehicles, registration will not be completed without including them in you paid in full registration fees. There will be a $25.00 administrative fee required for any changes to your registration after the deadline.

Motorcycles
Each motorcycle fee is $10. If you have two motorcycles the fee is $20.
 
Add: $10 for each motorcycle
 
Car, truck, van or bus
Each vehicle fee is $40. If you have two vehicles the fee is $80. This fee includes vehicles used to transport and pick up parade participants.
 
Add: $40.00 For each vehicle
 
Each Float
Each float fee is $50. If you have two floats the fee is $100.00. This fee includes any vehicle used to pull the float.
 
Add: $50.00 For each Float (this includes the vehicle used to pull the float)
