 Beware ,, hi crime area .. the apts on 31 and mingo.behind the quick stop.. has a shooting at least one time a week...along with fights ect.. ck the crime in this area with tulsa police dept.

 as for lonveiw lake area . the thefts and stealing is verry much alive. beware of the loss of the price of homes.. so many have had to take a loss due to the homes just took a dive and this has been for yrs just not since job loss,s.

 look at other areas and see how much nicer there keep up and the crime just isnt there as much as this area . yes im mad .. we pay dues and get nuthing for it never have and never will//  beware of the dues but the crappy pools and parks we have in the area.. look at the creek areas. trashy . smelly . is this what you want for your kids ??

What are you doing to help your neighborhood?  Why don't you become a board member?  I'm not sure what "hi crime" you are talking about.  The apartments behind the gas station at 31st and Mingo are not in our homeowners association and we have no control over them.  I don't believe they have a shooting a week.  I've checked the Tulsa PD website more than once and the crime rate for our zipcode is not high.  Longview Lake has a contract with a security company that patrols the neighborhood, which is funded by dues along with a mowing contract for the parks and along Mingo.  Don't be so quick to judge - educate yourself and turn things into a positive.  If you have a specific matter you would like to discuss, please bring them to a board meeting for discussion.  See you there! 

 You must have your head up your ass.. yes they have a lot of shooting and drug paroublems . as for the meeting iv been here 23 yrs , yes i did try for yrs .. all you all care a bout is saying im on the board . iv talked to you about some mes, running a auto shop out of there house and all I got was you said you couldnt do any thing due to they didnt speak english . again the board cops out .. you raise out dues and say every yr its the pools.. then shut one down.. and the mowing yes lets talk about it .. he mowes rihgt over all trash cups ect.. yep the grass is cut now it looks like the city dump with all the cut up trash .. you have a 55 gal plastic drum setting on the corner that looks like a bunch of graffity, yes its for plastic,s but looks like the north side of tulsa . and now for the parks..you talk about the by laws. yet you are parking things in the grass..( trailer) but yet tell us we cant .. yes your full of shit . you do as you sish speending and wasting money.. ect.. but first to jump on members. so if your on the board then you do someting about this ,, I tryied for yrs to help,, you all set and bull shit at the meeting .. act like your better then others . and yet wont do as you should and go by the members laws.. quick to judge ,, I think of living here over 20 yrs .. gee folks how quick do you think I should wait . ?

 so yes dont move into this area so many better places to live for the same price range . and you wont have hitler standing over you . this area is geting run down .. look at it then look at others.. ck there cheaper dues.. talk to the people in this area and let them tell you how messed up the board is . they do as they please and so as they do.. any thing else you just forget . I have yet to see one thing that iv called in as ar as not being right... call the security co and ask them how much there around and what have they found any one doing ?? humm they gaurd told me they havnt , but yet crime still is getting worse. cars stolen,, broken into ect. but we go on thowing money out, ARE SHOULD WE SHAY WHO IS GETING THE KICK BACK FOR ALL THIS .. DONT BEE FOOLED AS THE PEOPLE LIVING AROUND HERE..
