Just a note to any one looking to move in to this area,, DONT... the crime in this area is the worst. on 31 and mingo there is a shooing atleast 2 to 4 times a month the apts is a hi drug area...
im around 27th and mingo and the brake in,s are hi and the theft is verry bad . from just kids tearing things up to loss of yard items to robbery,s.
we are told we have security gards for this area but yet we never see them and never hear from them during crime. we pay for this but again were screwed.
and when selling a house in this area , iyour ata loss. most have lost money in trying..
