OK board memebers lets see a tear,,

 First off Iv been a member for 27 yrs... Iv heard this cry all but so many times ..

I really feel most do it for the feeling of power ..lol right.. and ill omit a couple do want to make a change.. If the pools cost so much close both ..belive me no one is moving here just for the pools......if they were then they would be full and making money.... a couple yrs ago they spent big money on the west pool for pomps ..leaks.. ect....if we are just going to have one pool ..OK.. then clear the other one out and sell the lots.. put the money into the members pot.......look no elect bills..no ins ect to pay.

  I had to call on a member that was painting cars in his driveway... and they told me they had  already  had a lot of people calling ,  but there proublem was the people didnt speak english .. what a cop out.. its against the law..

  They talk about the parks..OK I will.. I asked once about putting a fence due to kids playing there and its on mingo... second they say its for members only..I sujested having a small sticker on a wind sheild  so we would know if they were members if they had a car there... I live across from there ,, id say 80 pct are from the apts...and I even see nursery bus,s there with kids... and at night you can smell the pot smoking ... ok board your going to say,, call the plolice.. been there done it.. cops pull up kids run the back way....    there was even a little girls attacked there a while back... close them off with a fence ,, just a opening on 96th and they can run..  the board gripes about the cost of fixing up things broken.. its not members it the mex,s and apartments .

  So board memebers stop the crying..we arnt paid....why sould even think you should??  you dont do a dam thing.. but get your thills being on the board.. belive me I was on it for 4 months and tryied to make a change a long time ago. and they wont.

 Stop picking on members that might have a trailer in the drive .. dog barking.. ect get someting done about saving face. .. 3 to 6 people living in one house,, by laws say SINGLE FAMILEY  homes.. dont tell me you havnt been notified.. I know you have and given were. 

  Read the note from the pres on the board.. you hear him cry and cry... for us to say what proublems are there but yet  a tear doesnt do any good/

SO LETS NOT SEE A TEAR,,LETS HEAR A ROAR ,, AND GET R DONE..
