My name is Priscilla and I am a home owner in Loma Linda. I have been trying to get in contact with someone from the HOA so that I can get approval to change my homes exterior paint color to no avail.

Does anyone know who I call? I've tried calling the regular number and just goes straight to voicemail. I've left messages and no response.
