This evening I called Myers Security as they are the security company listed on the website. Turns out, Myers Security is no longer the security company for our housing addition and we have been switched to Thomas Protective Security. Their phone number is 251.1909 in case anyone needs to call, but hopefully you don't need them in the evening because you won't get to speak with anyone. I understand that things happen, but I pay enough money to the HOA to be notified somehow that our security company has changed. If not by mail at least by an update of the website since this is where a lot of people would go to get security information. I mean, I don't see anything else done with that money. The snow doesn't get plowed in the winter, the icy streets don't get salted, the community pool doesn't get a new liner and some ceramic tiles replaced, the community playground slide has graffiti on it, but we still have to pay our dues twice a year. Who is responsible for this?
