I recently received a 2nd violation notice for having a boat in my driveway. My first notice was 1 and a half ago. I believe there should be some statue of limitations from when you receive one violation to the next. I believe I am being singled out, considering all the other houses that have violations and nothing is done. Some peoples homes in the community are in bad need of painting and lawn care, old cars with flat tires are rusting on the street. This looks very bad and is a turn off for potential buyers. I think me having a new clean boat, not blocking the street or sidewalk, is an acceptable item. Now I will be moving out of this community with your unorthodox practices.

My question to you Shaun is are you sure you live in Liberty Creek South?
Because we don't give out violations for boats in South. I am betting you live in Liberty Creek North or Stratford Glen.
All 3 communities have different bylaws and covenents. This website is only for South although we include documents that are used by all 3 communities such as pool information and architectural control forms. The other communities do have boat restrictions.
South is from 56 st to Pilgrim Dr and Lafayette Rd to Moller. We have a small section on the south end of Terrytown that stops where the sidewalks begin.
A lot of people get confused to which neighborhood they are a part of.

This website is for Liberty Creek South only. Your address is located in Liberty Creek North. I would also like to clarify that there are 3 different neighborhoods connected that all have different rules and regulations. You may notice something in one community that is allowed but not permitted in your section. The board of directors and myself send out violations when items are noticed. If you are unsure if you have the correct documents for your address, I can furnish a copy to you.

Shuan I checked and you live in Liberty Creek NORTH not South. So you have different bylaws then we have. Get in touch with your president, Mary Chalmers.
