Here is the web site for information about the school district that serves the neighborhood.
Indianapolis' Northwest side (Pike Township). The housing subdivision is east of Lafayette Road; the main entrance is off 56th Street on the southern boundary. A second entrance is off Moller Road, the western boundary. The northern boundary would be, as neighbors joke, "59th Street, if it existed here." North of the "59th Street" boundary is a separate neighborhood, Liberty Creek North. It is about a 15 minute commute to downtown via I-65. Easy access to I-465 as well.
The Liberty Creek neighborhood is served by Pike Township Schools and St. Monica Catholic School.
Most of the 385 homes in the Liberty Creek neighborhood were built in the 1980s. Most are two-story with siding; all have two-car garages. There are some ranch-style homes. Many of the residents are families with young children. Liberty Creek houses often are the families' first homes.
Liberty Creek residents share a recreation and social area with two other nearby neighborhoods. It includes a playground, picnic area, tennis court, swimming pool and a clubhouse. The recreation area is maintained by homeowners dues. Rental fees apply for use of the clubhouse.
The homeowners association also maintains berms that buffer Liberty Creek from 56th Street. The city maintains the subdivision's roads, but the neighborhood is responsible for plowing snow.
Nearby parks include Northwestway Park at 62nd and Moller and Eagle Creek Park at 56th Street and Reed Road. The neighborhood has access to the new Eagle Creek Greenway via a multi-use path along 56th Street.
