The community's CC&Rs require all homeowners to submit an architectural request form before they add, remove or change anything on the exterior of their property. This includes painting, landscaping, even structures in the back yard.
To facilitate these requests, a form may be downloaded from the link under "Community Pages" on the right side of the home page.
Please complete the form, make a copy for your records, and mail or fax to City Property Management Co. You must wait for a response before beginning any project.
Everyone who owns a house in the Keystone subdivision in Ahwatukee is automatically a member of the Keystone Owners Asssociation. In addition, all Keystone homeowners also are members of the Mountain Park Ranch Homeowners Association, the "master" HOA in the area.
Currently, 39 of the 163 homes in the Keystone community are occupied by tenants, whose landlords live as far away as San Francisco and New York. All properties in the community, however, are subject to the neighborhood's set of covenants, conditions and restrictions (CC&Rs).
The five neighbors who serve on the Keystone board of directors are charged with managing the approximately $175,000 annual budget that is used to help repair, maintain and replace trees, lawns, shrubs, streets, lighting, the pool and other common areas within our subdivision.
Please take an interest in your neighborhood by attending monthly board meetings - held on the fourth Wednesday of every month - and volunteering for committee assignments or board positions.
