Jefferson Trace Homeowners Association
Welcome to Jefferson Trace!
We're located in Southeast Jefferson County between Billtown road and Seatonville road off Shaffer Lane.
Jefferson Trace building was begun in 1999. We currently have 125 homes with 135 total when the subdivision is completed. The homeowners association took over the running of the neighborhood from the developer around 2005. Yearly dues are $500.
