Welcome to Jefferson Trace!

We're located in Southeast Jefferson County between Billtown road and Seatonville road off Shaffer Lane.

Jefferson Trace building was begun in 1999. We currently have 138 homes with 140 total when the subdivision is completed. The homeowners association took over the running of the neighborhood from the developer around 2005. Yearly dues are $500.  That covers costs for lights, maintenance, and the pool.
