Subject: Reminder:  Special HOA Membership Meeting Tomorrow - Monday, the 29th @ 7:00 pm @ Pinewood

Hi All,

Just a reminder that we will have a brief HOA membership meeting on (tomorrow)  Monday the 29th at 7:00 pm at Pinewood.  The only item on the agenda is the new bylaws.  This should be a brief meeting.

Special HOA meetings must be done with a minimum 3 day notice and not more than 21 days after attempt to notify all members.     This is clearly more attempt of the lack of a responsible organizational leadership being ran in Madison Park.     The only mention of this meeting prior I heard was from someone in attendance at the last HOA meeting?    Even some of the board members above did not know the meeting was still happening up until the 8:09 PM 10/28/18.

Tell the HOA to stop operating illegal.   

Hold them accountable! 

Any action taken tonight will be illegal!  

There is a process!   Follow it!  

Claim they sent a written notice to members on 15th of Oct. but didn't even send a copy to their very own board which requires unlike the 7 day notice mentioned above but a 2 day notice of any special meetings. 

Did they post notice on Nextdoor?   Post notice on Facebook?   Did they send out minutes one week after the last HOA meeting per the current bylaws to alert residents of their changes?   I say no since board members didn't even know the meeting was still happening yesterday.   

Everything this current HOA board does or claims is shady the last couple of years.

Hold them accountable and this Dec. elect new directors.

before he walks them off a cliff!  

/Douglas Welton should resign as preisdent of the HOA.  He has lost his way!  

This goes all the way back to 2014 when he was part of a plan to put a Montcalire resident on the Madison Park HOA.
