We have lived on Vaughn in Holliday farms for almost 2 years. We love the neighborhood.. school is close, most neighbors are nice

Except the fact that the HOA does not enforce all the rules.

We get a "naughty notice" from the HOA for my kids basketball hoope being left to the side of our house behind the bushes. Apparently, you can't leave those out if they have a base and are not permantly installed in the ground.. sucks, but we moved it.

So, why are there cars parked up and down the street every night? I can barely back out of my driveway in the morning .. isn't there a rule against on street parking at night?  When will that be addressed?

There is a car parked in someones driveway, that has been there since we moved in. No tags, no license plate, has never moved... thats ok?

There is a Grey/Black van w/ trailer parked on N. Joshua Tree Between Vaughn and Page, by the mailboxes that hasn't moved in weeks... Has anyone checked to see if a dead body is in it... seriously, why is this ok?

People put bulk trash out 3 weeks before it gets picked up.. it makes our nice neighborhood look shitty! Why isnt this addressed?

But my basketball hoop on the side of my driveway is an eye sore?

Next naughty notice I get, Im going to loose it.
Why do we pay for an HOA when nothing is done??  Higley groves doesnt look this way..

I would love an answer to these questions if anyone from the board or hoa management team reads this??
