WOW! What an HRAA Halloween Event!
What a terrific time! Again this year there was an attendance total of over 300 residents who enjoyed the fun events at the Halloween Party. The HRAA would like to thank the many volunteers who helped make this event a great time for partygoers. Additionally, the HRAA would like to thank our wonderful and generous sponsors who donated raffle prizes, food items, costume contest prizes and other items critical to the party's success. - Blendon Township donated bales of hay, the use of their gator, fire bin and generator as well as the services of John Giamarco who delivered these items and drove the gator for the hay ride to the Haunted Woods.

- 2 certificates for 8 admissions each to Shadowbox Cabaret
- 4 certificates for one private and one group lesson from Premier Ballroom Dance Company

- Blendon Township Police helped maintain a safe environment for partygoers

- 2 one day swim passes for a family of 4 from City of Minerva Park (that can be used next spring!)
- Various raffle items fromHuber Ridge resident Raelene Robinson
- Huber Ridge PTA donated a large amount of candy and small toy items.
- HiC juice concentrate from McDonalds on Sunbury Road
- $25 gift card from Sam's Club used to buy food items
- Sunbury Dental donated goodie bags with special toothbrushes and toothpaste and a $100 check used toward party supplies
- Bob Evans has arranged for a donation by way of a special dining date and time and will donate 15% of the check for anyone bringing in the flyer during that time....Please see HRAA and Bob Evans Team up post for details.
- Faith Covenant brought the sound system and manned the grills and food lines to feed partygoers throughout the party.
- Partygoers donated 6 sets, 1 hat and 14 pairs of gloves and mittens so far to be donated to Huber Ridge Elementary. We are expecting more as Faith Covenant is taking up collections at the church through next Sunday.

- Ohio American Water granted the HRAA permission to allow partygoers to park in their parking lot.

What: Evening of Family-oriented Halloween FUN!!

Admission Price: $1.00 per person (for non-HRAA members) ~or~ one new(not used) winter
children's hat or pair of mittens
Free Admission for HRAA Members
For children aged 3 and under admission is also free
What can you expect for your $1.00 admission or winter accessory donation? Games, costume contest, Prizes, food, drinks, Trick-or-Treat Street, hay ride, bon fire, S'mores, AWESOME Raffle, and the ever popular Haunted Woods!
Plan to come and have some fun! Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
