To all, is there a prenegotiated trash pickup $$ with a waste company for the community? If so which waste company and how much?

The MFMC does not negotiate trash pick-up costs. Currently Republic Industries has a multi-year discount option for it??™s customers.

Every other neighborhood has a committee that negotiates a fair price with the garbage companies. Only here in illustrious mansion farm does the committee refuse to help the community and negotiate a fair price for everyone to benefit from. Why have a committee if they refuse to help out? Several neighbors have been asking questions all year that go unanswered or are answered with a smart remark. Is anyone aware that there is a METH house in the townhouses? I heard that the cops were notified and it was made aware to the committee that this is going on in our neighborhood. And supposedly it is a townhouse that is being rented. I also thought that was not allowed? Unless it is approved? That must be the reason things are looking the way they do now. The playgrounds are a disgrace! I still don??™t see how over 60K in dues a year are only paying for grass cutting?? The trees on RPB are a disgrace as well. I can??™t wait for one to fall over and hurt someone so we can all point to the many posts of neighbors almost begging to have them trimmed properly. Our committee is failing us and we need fresh blood in there to help bring the neighborhood back to the way it was meant to be!! I have pictures of our committee leaders homes with there trash cans in plain sight!! But they sent me a letter about my dog barking too much......lol.. maybe because we had an intruder in our garage around the holidays last year threatening to kill our family.. I??™m guessing he came from the METH house being the cops couldn??™t explain how he found our neighborhood in the first place. So yes my dog will bark all she wants at whoever she wants because at the end of the day, she helped get the intruder out of our garage! Everyone come out in February and vote these people out!!! We can make our community great again!! Love that slogan....

So glad some one else has taken notice of the townhouse playgroud. that is beyond a mess. Grass has grown over the gravel. The place looks like a dump!
