Ok, Peggy lets get some things out in the open. The finger has been pointed at me for a long time. Did you sign a legal document regarding amendements to section 1A?
This was done by Kanichole Compton per the postings on the web site and the county clerks office. This is what started the turmoil in Timberbend. Also Peggy, I have several letters of correspondence that section 1 and 2 were theretened by you and your neighbors of legal action and me personally. Of course that did not scare me do to the fact i was working with a real attorney and not a wannabe. I laid all the cards on the table including the complaint with Frankfort and was told I was obligated as President to pursue this and it will snowballand and get worse. The board did not hire Ms Compton to do anything and this was a malicious act to destroy the integrity of our neighborhood. Anyone that looks at this, please look at the amendements to section1A and there is a phone number to call. Please call and ask Mrs. Compton why she did this. The attorney said the neighborhood he live in has the same type of CCR's and commented that this was a very unusal case since most homeowners abide by the rules and work together. He lives in Lake Forest and we were also talking to Glenda who operates Lake forest for ideas how their subdivision works. It is a high end area but still works the same as ours.
Also, Compton was handed a set of deed restrictions and covenants by Mike Stinnett wittenessed by Scot Redmon and there was no excuse for her to take this type of action. She built her fence with no regard to the HOA and took matters in her own hands. "HER WAY OR THE HIGHWAY" Mr. Ken Aldridge who was voted in as President also was in violation and voted in. Thats NOT LEGAL! A pending dispute and he comes in as president and the next meeting has the board to vote to accept the amendements. I DONT THINK SO!!Well, Mr. Schultz told me he voted for this per Mr. Aldridges recomendations and sends e-mail to me stating this was "NOT EVEN CLOSE" Oh how professional are we!! I am just getting started with the BS I have had to put up with including the verbal abuse directed at me on this web site. I will fight for my rights as a citizen of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
