Have you received a Voter Card for someone who does not live at your address?

Please write on the mailing: "NOT AT THIS ADDRESS," draw a line through the barcode under the address and place back in your mailbox. No postage is necessary. In order for us to remove the voter from your address, we need their signature OR two (2) pieces of returned mail. Thank you for helping us keep the registration rolls accurate.

The shady part is if the person does not live there and the current residents sends the card back that should be sufficent to keep them from voting using that wrong address.   

You only use your OLD ADDRESS if you have moved less than 30 days prior to the election.  

Seems to me just another way to allow voters to slip in an vote that possibly don't live in the county or even the state any longer.
