With NC covid case now moving the wrong direction let's see if Cooper will walk the walk before the election or if he is just all talk.   He Needs to go regardless.   Vote Him Out!  

He moved to phase 3 even with the numbers in a fragile state.  If he was really watching the numbers then that should not of happened.    However it was really unfair to punish the businesses as long as he has done with restrictions and closures.  Neighboring states have far less restrictions and about the same number of cases.
