Thought for the Day......................
would be the homeowners be given a chance to determine if they want a management company to govern our subdivision. This should be brought to the yearly meeting and a board member should invite a represenitive of the management company to the meeting. This should be discussed as adults and find out what the pros and cons are.
I do not feel this neighborhood has the ability to run an effective HOA.
It is in my opinion, out of control and will most definetly take professionals to fix the issues we face.
