FLOWING WELLS COMMUNITY EVENT on 11/21

GREAT NEWS!!!

The Ellie Towne Flowing Wells Community Center Staff and the Flowing Wells Neighborhood Association and Community Coalition invites all our neighbors and friends to the Community Family Health and Fun Day.  On Saturday, November 21, 2009 from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. at 1660 W. Ruthrauff Road.  There will be games, prizes, athletics, health information and items, Child ID, food and more.  This is an all age's event.   Admission is two cans of food or $1.00 per person (children under 5 are free).   The proceeds of this event will be donated to the Flowing Wells Family Resource Center. 

I am in need of sponsoring agencies to set up information booths, offer health items and or services, help with refreshments, prizes etc. The Community Center staff will set up games for the children and activities for adults.

What I am in need of initially is confirmation that you and or your agency would like to participate in the event. Secondly, please share any information that you may have about other groups or agencies that would perhaps want to participate in the event. And last but not least, help with advertising the event to our public. Any and all ideas and help will be truly appreciated. After gathering the initial information we will schedule a meeting. Thanks
