Those rentors disturbed by ambient, amplified noise are businesses imbued with NUISANCE!

I think it is sad that I am reading this message as a section 8 tenant, who uses the program for what it's for, and while searching the internet for help, against a non section 8 tenant due to the nuisance the are, and now a retaliatory one. I am a full time business student in college, who is forced study through the night, while the upstairs neighbors 2 year old drag races through the house unsupervised--clearly-- and then when I go to sleep in the morning, I am awaken out of my sleep, repeatedly until I am livid. Because now while I have to sleep, the child is woke, bouncing balls, drag racing etc, through the house, all day long. Now it is a million times worse, because I am black, and people who are not, even minorities feel white privilege and are bias against me, as I was unfairly dismissed in a meeting I called, after waiting a month to allow the tenants to comply, after every protocol I could muster up, after exchanging numbers with the new tenants, to have a rapport and dialogue about the noise, until they totally disrespected me and told me they are going to let their 2 yr old run all he wants. When people move in above you, there should just be proper etiquette, consideration, mutual respect, and general and common courtesy extended to all parties. I think to label all section 8 tenants as noisy, loud, playing boom boxes, etc. is a form of profiling, and hopefully nobody does it you, and calls you out on you clear bias. You are clearly wrong for judging all housing tenants, and that could be a form of karma you are experiencing. For me I have been here 4 yr next month, not one complaint ever in the 13 yrs I have been on the program, and I am the tenant that can't get any sleep. Don't let your disdain for people who receive government assist, turn you into a bigot of sort. Because most people who receive help, in general better people than those who feel entitled to something, when we all know, if it was all done fairly, from the beginning of this country we live in, the majority of those section 8 tenants, would have different lives, misdemeanors and maybe even own every thing, including your home...
