President of the USA and the RNC can't hold a full convention in August, but thousands of probably mostly Dems can roam all over the city with some smashing buildings, looting, and throwing objects at Police for days.  

Where is covid-19 fears when you are holding public meetings when the city is under a state of emergency with all city council Mayor?   Do you think the virus knows the differance between folks standing next to each other outside Govenment Center without a mask,  with the possible republican ones inside a giant arena?
