About our association

Who is a Member of The Enclave Homeowners' Association?

There are 65 homes in The Enclave at Ash Creek -- and each household is a member of the Homeowners' Association. It is the goal of the HOA to provide a safe, beautiful, and pleasant place to live. Members are encouraged to participate in neighborhood activities and volunteer on the various HOA committees.

HOA Committees

The following committees are run by volunteers in the neighborhood, and are always open to ideas or your participation:

Landscaping Committee (beautification, erosion, overall maintenance) -- leader and volunteers needed!

Assessments / Dues

Payment of the annual Assessment is mandatory for all households in The Enclave. Currently, Assessments are $480. For convienence, members may pay $120 quarterly: January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1.
