Anyone know the owners that live at 6923 O??™Neil Ct? They have a German Shepard that is always outside, no shelter provided. We gave him some water today because he didn??™t have any. Thinking about calling animal control.

 

As per the latest (05/11/2020) WHA website posted address listing, 

the resident is Ned Goyne. No phone number listed.

 

If it continues, especially in this heat, call Animal Control. 

911 can get you in touch. In fact the Wichita Police now has a Unit that

handles animal cruelty issues.

 

Note: If the resident listing is incorrect, I fully appologize to Ned in advance.

The boys told me a few days ago that they had to give the dog up
