A white car license #cph9269 has been parking in front of the condos. I think he is homeless cause he sleeps in the car and just sits in it listening to the radio most days .  The car hasa broken passenger side window and expired registration .Tonight I saw him running from in between 231 and 235. Looked like he was carrying something. He ran to his car and is sitting in it now. He has been hanging around for weeks now.

If you see anything suspicious you should contact the non - emergency police number if it happens during the day. 

Our security company patrols the property in the evenings from 6pm to 6am.  In the evenings you can call the office number and press 1 to get the answering service.  They will have a security officer come out to investigate.

Of course always call 911 for emergencies. 

The person visits one of my neighbors.  It is their sons friend.  I have already spoken to them.
