I am so sick and tired of people parking on their lawns, throwing items out way before the Brush pickup is scheduled, overgown grass/weeds and overall disgusting ways some people live.  They move into a neighborhood with established lifetime residents and implement their horrible ways.  I have tried calling Code Compliance and without going into too much detail, it is so pointless and they don't do a darn thing.  I am hoping the JNA will have some muscle to actually do something about this problem that is getting out of control especially on Mulberry Avenue.
