Recently a worker for the City of Houston Waste Management company was emptying our recycling container and they broke the lid.  I have not been able to recycle now for over a month.  I have done all that I can in getting it fixed by the city but nothing has been done yet.  I am wondering if there is anyone who is not using their container would let us use it until they fix ours.  I am going to write a letter to see if that helps.  I have a service request report and everything but nothing is being done!  Please help if you can.
