Hello! New to the neighborhood. Are there restrictions when it comes to re-doing our front yard flower beds? I know some HOA??™s require certain things, so just checking before we get to re-doing it all. Thanks in advance!

To the best of my knowledge there are no restrictions. We redid ours a bit when we moved here with no problems.

 

That being said, if you plan on putting in a full Japanese Garden, you might want to ask first
