Re: Deed Restrictions

Dear Sir/Madam,

Over time, there has been a large amount of property ownership changes in your neighborhood. As these ownership changes have taken place it has become apparent that not everyone is aware of the Deed Restrictions associated with your property for the purposes of protecting neighborhood property values.

This letter is being sent at the request of your Community Association Officers in an effort to help everyone avoid the inconvenience of having to remove Deed Restriction violations as well as to help maintain and/or increase the value of your property investment. Enclosed with this letter you will find a copy of the Community Deed Restrictions.

If you have any specific questions related to your Deed Restrictions, please contact an Officer of your Community Association, whose contact information can be found in your Community Newsletter.
