The Coventry neighborhood complex is located in Arapahoe County at 5011 W. Bowles Avenue, Littleton, CO 80123.
This is conveniently located to Highways (access to C470 is via Sante Fe or the western edge of Bowles), shopping (Regional Shopping Center is Southwest Plaza), churches and schools. In June, 2000 the RTD light rail line extention opened with two passenger stops in Littleton and connects with the Downtown Denver system.
AREA:
Coventry is situated on approximately 101 acres containing 202 homes with 11.5 acres of green belt, a one acre pond used for irrigation, and fishing. There are 4 miles of private roads which are maintained by the Homeowners' Association.
Coventry has two lighted tennis courts, a swimming pool that is staffed by life guards (June - August) and children's playground.
HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION
Coventry is a strict covenant controlled community. The Association is managed by a five member Board of Directors elected by the homeowners'. The Board appoints homeowners as committee Chairperson and committee members. The Board employs a management agent and a full time Coventry superintendent for grounds and building maintenance and snow removal.
EDUCATION: The Littleton Public Schools serving Coventry are: Wilder Elementary located at 4300 W. Ponds Circle
Goddard Middle School located at 3800 W. Berry Ave.
Heritage High School located at 1401 W. Geddes Ave.
School buses come into Coventry, stopping at several locations (6 or 7 locations for elementary students, fewer for middle and high school students) to pick up and drop off students. This is much safer than having our students wait on Bowles Ave.
