I have noticed a marked increase in the amount of dog droppings left on the streets. I walk to and from work on a daily basis -- all within the confines of CB -- and always pass several unwelcome mounds.

I only rarely see signs reminding people they ''It's the Law'' to pick up after your dog.

A call to 311 yielded little.

I'd appreciate hearing anyone else's observations.
