My name is Frank Nicoletti, and I am a Board Member and Vice President of 205 Third Avenue (18/19 Sts.), a co-op in Gramercy. My fellow-board members have asked me to find out what I can, regarding the development by Cabrini Hospital just now commencing, on a site just east of Third Avenue and on the south side of 19th Street.
It appears that it will have a 19th St. frontage of about 150 feet, so we expect that it will be a fair-sized structure. Can anyone offer any advice of how tall a building it will be, and what its intended use is? Or can anyone direct me to a source where I can find that information?
